Ray Leach “Cone-tainers”^™

The Ray Leach “Cone-tainer” Single Cell System consists of individual cells that can be rearranged within each tray. The cells are available in three types of plastic for greater durability and maximum life expectancy: Recycled, low density, and low density with UV stabilizers (tinted yellow). All cells have internal vertical anti-spiral ribs and a center bottom drainage hole with three or four side-drain holes on the tapered end. The recycled Cells (tinted gray) are manufactured using recycled polypropylene resin, which results in a slightly more rigid cell.

The Trays are made of durable polystyrene and have a life expectancy of eight to ten years. They are partially vented on the surface to provide more air flow between cells, and have locking corners for easy stacking and storage.

Added Protection and Value

	Ungerminated seedlings waste valuable greenhouse space. The Ray Leach “Cone-tainer” system of individual cells within each tray allows for consolidation of seedlings for full greenhouse utilization.
	Seedlings can be shipped in the cell to protect against moisture loss and damage to the root system.

Tray Covers

The Cover Fits over a tray filled with cells prior to filling with soil.
It prevents soil from working its way into the spaces between individual
cells while filling.

RL98 Stainless Steel The Stainless Steel RL98 Cover is very durable and rust resistant. It functions the same as our plastic version but with much greater longevity.		RL98 Boltron This reusable plastic cover is an economical alternative to the stainless steel cover while providing the same great features		RL98 Plastic The most economical option for a tray cover.
